We offer course accreditation, certificate templates, promotional tools, and ongoing support. All accreditation is subject to review and approval based on our internal quality criteria.
3. Use of Website
All content on this website — including downloadable materials, articles, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of CPD Professionals Ltd unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
4. Pricing and Payment
All fees are displayed in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full before services commence unless an alternative arrangement is confirmed in writing.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available once a course manual has entered the review or accreditation process. Ongoing monthly packages may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are non-refundable once activated.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are original, accurate, and lawful. We do not accept liability for content provided by clients. Clients must ensure their training complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry.
7. Limitation of Liability
CPD Professionals Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. While we aim to provide quality support, we do not guarantee business performance, course sales, or learner outcomes.
